- I am retired and loving it. I have a wonderful husband of 55 years. We have 3 awesome children, 7 fabulous grandchildren and 8 incredibly precious great-grandchildren. I enjoy reading, walking, biking, card making, tatting, X stitching and quilling. My winters in Minnesota are spent mostly indoors while in the summer my husband and I spend quality time on our Harley enjoying the beautiful scenery in our area. I hate to cook, love anything sweet and have mixed feelings about exercising.

Elegant Line Art Card
These are
the results of a typical card making day for me. I tried to make a card after
seeing Gina K's tutorial on line art images. The first one (on the right) I cut the
background papers the wrong size so I had to adjust the image sheets to fit the
papers. That’s why the image is a little
too big in proportion to the paper. The
second one I didn’t have enough maroon paper left to make it like the first one
so I improvised. I think both are lovely
but as my father always said “complications, complications!”
