- I am retired and loving it. I have a wonderful husband of 55 years. We have 3 awesome children, 7 fabulous grandchildren and 8 incredibly precious great-grandchildren. I enjoy reading, walking, biking, card making, tatting, X stitching and quilling. My winters in Minnesota are spent mostly indoors while in the summer my husband and I spend quality time on our Harley enjoying the beautiful scenery in our area. I hate to cook, love anything sweet and have mixed feelings about exercising.

Water colored flowers
I watch instruction videos and they make water coloring look so easy. Then I try and mine never quite live up to my expectations. This attempt was done on regular card stock and turned out pretty well I think. The sentiment will be added later. I'm entering it here

Poppy Happy Birthday
This is a card I made especially for my sister because her favorite flower is a poppy. It's a Hero Arts layered stamp set. The poppies are beautiful & the layers line up easily.
