I enjoy reading, walking, biking, card making, tatting, X stitching and quilling. My winters in Minnesota are spent mostly indoors while in the summer my husband and I spend quality time on our Harley enjoying the beautiful scenery in our area. These are two of the cards I made for church for November. I
masked off the center and the sun and sponged on SU night of navy, so saffron
and more mustard. Then I sponged summer sun on the sun area.
I taped the 4 1/4 X 5 ½ sponged card front to a piece of
copy paper and printed the saying in Univrsty Roman font and used the MDS 1
digital stamp Just Believe in chocolate chip.
The bird was purchased at Impress. The card front is matted in navy blue
and yellow Bazzill textured cardstock. A
stampin’ Up punch was used for the corners.

EB World Challenge
This is my first entry into a challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World challenge Blog at http://elisabethbellsworldchallengeblog.blogspot.com/
The challenge was to make a Christmas card without using a Christmas Image. I chose to make a side step card using this adorable birthday digi image that I colored with Prisma Colored pencils. This was my first purchase of an EB digi but certainly not my last.

Challenge #150 Lovely Layers
These cards were made for my twin granddaughters. The belly bands have a place in the back for
money or a gift card. The fairy dust was
made out of glitter and embossing powder given to one of the twins by their dad’s
