This week on MSCB were to challenged to use hearts & flowers on our card. I used a TiddlyInk digi image colored with Spectrum Noir pencils and adapted two Memory Box dies to make my hearts & flowers. TFL http://modsquadchallenge.blogspot.com/

LOVE IS IN THE AIR
This week on Mod Squad Challenge Blog http://modsquadchallenge.blogspot.com/ we were asked to make a card using the theme LOVE IS IN THE AIR.
For my card I used a Tiddly Ink image colored with Spectrum Noir pens. When I color an image I always start with the hair & face. Those are the two areas I struggle the most with. Last night I did a really pretty face but horrible hair so today I colored a second image. I did the hair first and was pleased with the result and then the face. I have a new Epson printer and the ink ran on her face. Needless to say I was not happy but finished the image anyway. Heat drying probably helps but it also curls the paper. Does anyone have a suggestion for removing printer ink that runs?

Today on Mod Squad Challenge Blog http://modsquadchallenge.blogspot.com/ we were asked to make a card with one die cut. I made 5 3D cards for Christmas; each had a die cut sentiment. Here is one of my favorites. TFL

What can I say.....
I needed a
thank you card for tomorrow and since I will be hand delivering and not
mailing it, I thought the card with the butterfly & flowers would work
fine. (picture #1) All it needed was a little tweaking. Obviously that didn’t work out so well. (picture #2) I ended up making a whole new
card. (picture # 3 and greeting).
No Christmas cards
made today L
